31 Days of Cast Iron Cooking: day 15 {Shepherd's Pie}

My own (what’s in my pantry) version of Shepherd’s Pie…
I used:
1 pound ground pork (sweet Italian)
3 cups Frozen corn (usually made with Green Beans)
4 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup brown gravy 
1 tsp Johnny’s seasoning

Brown sausage – lay in bottom of skillet.
Top with frozen corn.
Drizzle brown gravy over the bottom two layers of corn and meat before adding mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with season salt.
Bake (fully pre-cooked) at 350° until potatoes start to become golden.
