So… I’m learning with cast-iron that you can really cook anything!
I’m trying to put that idea in action. So all I did tonight was sauté some green beans.
I’m just cooking what I normally cook in a cast-iron… Novel concept! 🙂
Just added a touch butter, some pressed garlic, and a bit of salt-and-pepper. After they were sautéed a I tossed a tad bit of water in it and put a lid on top. Just so they could steam through.
They were delicious!
On the left they are fresh… On the right is after being cooked.
