This is the time of year that I love the very most!
They are reading, excited to read, choosing their own “good-fit” books, and most can get completely lost in a story.
Here they are after just having finished 30 minutes straight of SAT testing and I had a hard time getting them to put their books down. They yell “YES!” when it’s “read to self” time or if they get to head to the library to pick a new book.
