Sage and Carmelized Garlic stuffed under the skin of a chicken thigh. Yum!
Laid the thighs (bone in) in hot oil to crisp. Flip and throw in purple potatoes. (I had already lightly steamed them before adding them to the pan to crisp in the oven and be flavored by the chicken juices.)
Lightly salt and pepper and put in pre heated 400° oven. Bake to 165° or until juices run clear.
Served with green salad.
