Creating White Space // Day 15

While still getting a lot done I find myself also wasting precious time. I’m struggling with my desire to multi task, get it all done, and also to slow down, enjoy, and rest.

Is this a balance you struggle to find?

I am someone who is actively doing and thinking about multiple things and at times I genuinely believe that helps me accomplish more and to give of my time more freely. But I never want people to feel like they don’t have my attention, they are deserving of it. Or that my multitasking pulls me away from quality.

While believing quality is more important that quantity there are still the necessities, the “to dos” and the “fun stuff” that makes it onto those lists.

Balance is key in creating, maintaining and using white space.

But it is hard to find.

Philippians 4:11-13
Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ,[a] who gives me strength.
