At 39 weeks I was in labor! At 4:28 am on Thursday, August 30 (my 39 week mark) Cashel Rock Jacobson was born at albs 6 ounces and 20 inches long. I’m amazed at how close he was to the comparison weight and length.
At 40 weeks and on my due date he is the size of a baby!
1 week and 1 day old, he wights 7 pounds and 5 ounces and is 19.5 inches long, like a small pumpkin.
Really glad I got to skip that one.
In fact I said later I was really glad that when I went into labor the last veggie I had in my mind was that leek! ๐Ÿ˜‰ I got to skip mini watermelon and small pumpkin – PHEW! Much easier to imagine him like a leek.
What fun this was to do all along and now looking back I am amazed.
Already thinking of what we may do with Baby #2 to mark these special weekly milestones. ๐Ÿ˜‰
